How will my business be listed?
Your business will be listed alphabetically by membership type.
Our pages display memberships in the following order.
Sponsor
Premium
Featured
Basic
Free
This means that all businesses that have purchased sponsor membership would be listed above all other membership types and they would also be listed alphabetically.
Example: ABC Gift Baskets and DEF Gift Baskets both purchase a sponsor membership, ABC Gift Baskets would be listed above DEF Gift Baskets.
ZZZ Gift Baskets purchases a sponsor membership and AAA Gift Baskets purchases a premium membership. ZZZ Gift Baskets would appear before AAA Gift Baskets because ZZZ Gift Baskets purchased our highest the sponsor membership type.
General Questions
How do I use the 10% membership discount code that was used in the old system?
When switching our directory over to a new system we also decreased our membership fees, because of this decrease we are no longer using the 10% discount code that the old system used.
What is your policy on refunds?
We only issue refunds for memberships or purchases that
have not yet been processed.
Once a listing is live on our web site whether it be a renewal,
upgrade or new listing, we will not offer a refund.
I forgot my login information, what do I do?
Go to our password reminder page at
http://seekgiftbaskets.com/members/user_password_remind.php
Enter your username/email address that you used when creating your account with our directory. Your login information will then be emailed to you.
How To Questions
How do I renew my listing?
First, you need to log into our site by going to http://www.seekgiftbaskets.com/members/user_login.php . Once you log in, you should be able to see a list of your current listings and there will be links for each listing that allows you to renew them.
How do I update my logo image in my listing?
After you have logged into your account you will then want to click on the view/edit link of your listing.
The next page will show your listing details, select the "edit listing" link that is to the right of the text that reads Listing Details.
You will then see an area on the next page at the bottom of your listing details where you can upload your logo/image.

How to I add photos to my listing?
